Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Nagisa. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nagisa provides a curated library of ambient soundscapes for sleep, meditation, and focus, accessible via a web application and Progressive Web App (PWA). The service requires an active paid subscription.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. By subscribing you represent that you meet this requirement.
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Nagisa transactions. This means:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage subscription" button in the app, through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until then.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests may be directed to us at nathanlarrius25@gmail.com or to Paddle directly via your receipt email.

All audio content, branding, and code are the property of Nagisa or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Nagisa is provided "as is." We make no medical claims. The soundscapes are intended for relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nagisa's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
